The RIOC project, while working on assigned scope, will work with the HIH community to seek input for increasing esMD adoption and pilot participation ensuring the project scope is in line with the HIH needs. The project will follow the steps below in a continuous cyclic manner to ensure HIH requirements are always in focus:
Collaboration
- Solicit HIH participation in RIOC project
- Form workgroups which include HIH representatives and RIOC team to identify the biggest pain points
Alignment
- Discuss and document on the priority of scope items
- Align with CMS on schedule and solution implementation
Solution
- Design and implement solutions according to priority
- Rollout solutions and measure impact and take corrective action as needed
